Theresa Hofmann
Theresa has been an associate with Posey Lebowitz since 2023, advocating for the rights of those harmed by negligent or other wrongful acts. Her experience spans a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations.
Before joining Posey Lebowitz, Theresa gained valuable experience at a boutique family law firm and handled everything from initial settlement negotiations to complex litigation. During her time at Boston University School of Law, she made significant contributions to the Civil Litigation Clinic where she worked on diverse areas of law such as employment issues, housing disputes, and discrimination. Her background provides her with a deep understanding of client needs and legal strategy – skills she now applies to her personal injury practice.
Outside of her legal career, Theresa enjoys performing improv comedy, a pursuit that enhances her creativity and quick thinking, and she cherishes time spent with her family, friends, and cats.
